Within cultures there are sub-cultures. Belonging to a culture means that there are certain values and norms that are shared, but not everyone has exactly the same values and norms.

Some smaller groups of people share a particular way of life that differs from the majority; these smaller groups are called sub-cultures.

Sub-cultures can be varied; here are some examples of sub-cultures within our society:
